At The Soy Wax Candle Company, we take pride in carefully hand-pouring and hand packaging all of your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Times
UK Orders: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.
Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: Available at checkout – arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Weekend & Bank Holidays: Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Costs
Standard Delivery (UK): £3.95 or free on orders over £75.
Express Delivery (UK): £6.95.
Local Collection: Free from Blake House Craft Centre (please wait for your collection confirmation email before arriving).

International Delivery
At this time, we only deliver within the UK. We hope to expand internationally soon!
