Soy Wax Questions

Why choose soy wax?

Soy wax burns more slowly and releases fragrance gradually, creating a longer-lasting and more enjoyable scent experience. It’s also a cleaner alternative to traditional paraffin wax. Read more about soy wax here.

Are your products eco-friendly?

YES! Our soy wax is renewable and biodegradable, making it a more sustainable choice. We are committed to creating products that are both luxurious and environmentally conscious.

Product Questions

Can I try your products before ordering?

Yes, you’re welcome to visit our Pouring House at Artisans Hub in Essex, to see the products in person and experience the fragrances before placing an order.

How long do your candles burn for?

Burn times vary depending on the size of the candle. Our 20cl standard candle usually lasts for approx 35-45 hours.

Our soy wax candles are designed to burn slowly and evenly, giving you a longer-lasting fragrance experience.

How long do your reed diffusers last for?

Our 100ml standard diffuser usually lasts for approx 8 months or more!

Our luxury reed diffusers give you a longer-lasting fragrance experience.

How strong are your fragrances?

We carefully balance our fragrances to create a noticeable but not overpowering scent. Our products are designed to gently fill a room and create a welcoming atmosphere.

What sizes are available?

We offer a range of sizes across our candles, diffusers, and wax melts. Please refer to individual product pages for detailed sizing and specifications.

Our standard candle is 20cl, our standard diffuser is 100ml and our standard wax melt is 50g.

How do I choose the right fragrance?

We offer a wide range of scents to suit different preferences, from fresh and uplifting to warm and comforting. Check out our 'Shop by Fragrance' menu to help.

How should I care for my candle?

For the best burn:
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn
- Trim the wick before each use
- Avoid burning for extended periods

This helps maximise both burn time and fragrance.

Are your products suitable for gifts?
