Refund policy

At The Soy Wax Candle Company, we take pride in carefully hand-pouring and hand packaging all of your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns Policy
We hope you love your candles as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind
You may return any unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email info@thesoywaxcandlecompany.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been used or lit.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
