Why hand-poured?
Every candle, diffuser and melt is hand-poured in small batches at our Pouring House in Essex, from 100% vegan soy wax. Everything is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. Our candles are 20cl and burn for around 30 hours, our reed diffusers are 100ml and last around 8 months and our 50g melt bars give around 50 hours of fragrance.

What's the last order date for Christmas?
Order by Friday 18th December for postage. You can pick up in store until Wednesday 23rd December, or shop in store on Thursday 24th December from 10am to 12pm.
Is gift wrapping included?
Yes, the Ultimate Christmas Hamper and the Christmas Duo Gift Sets come gift wrapped at no extra cost. The Christmas Wax Melt Set comes in a box rather than being wrapped.
Can you send my gift straight to someone else?
Yes, you can send anything straight to the person you are giving it to. Just add their address at checkout and a gift message, and we will take care of the rest.
Can I add a card?
Yes, you can add a greeting card from our range to any order! See our range here.
Do I need a burner for wax melts?
Yes, melts are warmed in a burner with a tealight underneath. The Ultimate Christmas Hamper includes one, and you can add a Melt Burner (£5) to the Christmas Wax Melt Set.
Will the Christmas Wax Melt Set fit through a letterbox?
Yes, it comes in a box that fits through the letterbox, so there is no need to wait in for it.
Are your candles vegan?
Yes. All our candles, diffusers and melts are made with 100% vegan soy wax and are cruelty-free.
